Grilling the Perfact Rib Eye

Get a rib eye that has plenty of marbling. The marbling adds flavor. Use fresh meat not frozen. Let the steaks set out and come to room temperature.

Sprinkle steaks with kosher salt and course pepper.

Get the grill very hot around 600 degrees.

Place steaks on grill to sheer fro about 3 to 5 minuets. Turn over and sheer other side.

Reduce temp to low and cook for another 10 to 20 minutes depending on how you like your meat done.

Remove from grill and let rest for 10 min and enjoy.
